IT IS Infrastructure Services (IT IS)
Service Desk (2-3 years of experience)
– Attend the incoming calls from the users, recording the incident, classification and prioritizing the incidents, providing initial support, routing requests to the appropriate resolver groups when incidents are not resolved during initial support, monitoring the status and documenting the progress towards resolution of all open incidents, keeping affected users informed about the progress, escalating the process if necessary, resolution and recovery of incidents not assigned to resolver groups, resolution confirmation and closure of incidents within SLA, any deviation from SLA reported to Shift Lead with proper justification, attend trainings and complete certifications for set competencies, basic Hardware and Software and networking skills, troubleshooting
Identity and Access Management (2-3 years of experience)
– Exposure to the Identity and Access Management, developing self and others through coaching, contributing to team success, learning and sharing knowledge, focus on client, building and managing projects, economics and change agility
Remedy Developer (3-6 years of experience)
– BMC Remedy Ver 6.3 or above development experience, Command Center (4-8 years of experience)
– Work on Remedy Ver 7.6 ITSM Suite would be advantageous
Backup Administrator
– Backup Master and Media Server installation / upgrade / migration (Netbackup / HP Data Protector / CA Arcserve), Solaris, Linux and Windows Administration, Patch Management, Backup server Catalog backup and Restore, SQL / Oracle / Lotus Notes / SAP backup and restore skill set, Client Server backup administration / troubleshooting (Installation / Migration / Performance management), backup performance monitoring and fine tuning (Ethernet / NAS / SAN Fabric based)
HP Service Manager
– Assist with the configuration, implementation and deployment of HP Service Manager into the development, test, and production environments, integration of HP Service Manager with HP uCMDB, HP Asset Center, and HP Openview, implementation experience with the following SM modules: Incident Management Module, Problem Management Module, Request Management Module, Service Catalog
HP Operations Manager
– Worked as an HP Operations Manager (OVO) 7.X, 8.X, 9.X on various platforms such as Windows, HP-UX, Solaris, hands-on skills is a must
– Design, architect and customer consulting and large scale implementation experience in MoM mode will be an added advantage
– Any certifications in HP OVO tools will be added advantage (Valid Prometric certificates will be considered)
Systems Enablement Group (SEG) – Siteminder / Enterprise Directory
– The role will involve delivering Siteminder / Enterprise Directory applications from internal customers into development, staging and production environments, provide 3rd level support for the Microsoft infrastructure
Command Center
– Technical knowledge on job scheduling and monitoring activities using Tivoli Workload Scheduler, monitoring agent application installations, configurations, and day-to-day monitoring tool administration activities, remotely troubleshoot monitoring Server and Monitoring tool issues as they arise.

-Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS / CA / ICWA / MBA PGDIT (2 years full time & approved by AICTE)
-Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA / Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant functional / technical experience, subject to minimum reduction in experience, as per current TCS policy.Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
